Air-Fried Parmesan Broccoli
Shopping List
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tsp (10 mL) olive oil
- 2/3 cup (70 g/150 mL) Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) garlic powder
- Pinch chili flakes
- ¼ cup (60 mL) ranch dressing, optional
Make it now!
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- In medium bowl, toss broccoli with oil, 1/2 cup (55 g/125 mL) Parmesan, garlic powder and chili flakes. Arrange broccoli in air-fryer basket.
- Air-fry broccoli, turning basket halfway through the cook time, for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden, crispy and tender. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
- Serve with ranch if desired.
Substitute broccoli florets with cauliflower florets or Brussels sprouts if preferred.
