Savoury Parmesan, Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Parmesan Cracker

Shopping List

  • 1 pkg (250 g) Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 3/4 cups + 2 tbsp (455 mL) Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) jarred marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
  • 36 crackers (6 to 9 crackers per person)

Make it now!

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (155 mL) Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic powder and salt until blended.
  3. Transfer cheese mixture to greased 6-inch (15 cm) square baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until heated through. Increase oven to broil.
  5. Arrange crackers on parchment paper–lined baking sheet and top each with 1/2 tbsp (7 mL) remaining Parmesan cheese.
  6. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
TIP:

How to soften cream cheese: in medium microwave-safe bowl, place cream cheese. Microwave on HIGH for 60 to 90 seconds or until softened.

Alternatively, serve with crackers and/or fresh vegetables on the side.
