- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (155 mL) Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic powder and salt until blended.
- Transfer cheese mixture to greased 6-inch (15 cm) square baking dish.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until heated through. Increase oven to broil.
- Arrange crackers on parchment paper–lined baking sheet and top each with 1/2 tbsp (7 mL) remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
TIP:
How to soften cream cheese: in medium microwave-safe bowl, place cream cheese. Microwave on HIGH for 60 to 90 seconds or until softened.
Alternatively, serve with crackers and/or fresh vegetables on the side.
